• Cancel the Friday before your camp week begins (by 5pm) receive a full refund minus $25 administrative fee. • Cancel after that Friday but before the first day of camp, receive a 50% refund minus $25 administrative fee. • Once camp has started, No Refunds will be given.

Refunds are typically issued in the same form of payment that was used for registration. In some cases, we may reach out and offer to process your refund through Venmo or Zelle if that is more convenient. **Please note: all refunds are processed on Fridays.
