Cancel the Friday before your camp week begins (by 5pm) receive a full refund minus $25 administrative fee. Cancel after that Friday but before the first day of camp, receive a 50% refund minus $25 administrative fee. Once camp has started, No Refunds will be given.

Refunds are typically issued in the same form of payment used for the original registration. Please note that all refunds consist of the tuition amount only. Any taxes, processing fees, or third-party service charges incurred during the initial checkout are non-refundable, as these are collected and retained by our registration platform provider.
