What is your cancellation policy?Cancel the Friday before your camp week begins (by 5pm) receive a full refund minus $25 administrative fee. Cancel after that Friday but before the first day of camp, receive a 50% refund minus $25 administrative fee. Once camp has started, No Refunds will be given.

How are refunds issued?Refunds are typically issued in the same form of payment that was used for registration. In some cases, we may reach out and offer to process your refund through Venmo or Zelle if that is more convenient. **Please note: all refunds are processed on Fridays.

Can I reschedule my child's camp?Rescheduling is only available for upcoming days, not days already passed. Individual day reschedule: $25 administrative fee (not to exceed $50) Weekly sign-ups: - If rescheduled by the Friday before camp (5pm), $25 administrative fee. - If rescheduled after that Friday, $100 administrative fee.

What if my child misses a day?If you notify us in advance that your child will miss a day, it is treated as a reschedule and a $25 administrative fee applies. You must: Arrange in advance with the camp director, and Used within the same camp season.

What happens if camp is canceled due to weather or emergencies?If BVC cancels due to inclement weather or another situation out of our control, campers receive credit for the missed day(s). If the credit is not used, no refund will be given.
